1:1 work as change strategist.

• I work with people that want to improve the world somehow
• Facing a challenge that appears insurmountable
• I can help with big blockers, hard decisions, finding clarity, problem solving
• Structure: 1-3 sessions x 50 minutes every 2 or 3 weeks
• Cost: an amount of your choice (I recommend 100€ per session), donated up front to a charitable cause of your choice ( ideas: Asociatia Magic, Samusocial, Casa Buna)
• I only work with one person at a time, so there may be a waiting time. Get in touch.

• Advising startup or NGO teams,
• Mentoring for various startup programs
• Technology, team & org, product, business
• Usually for free, sometimes for equity.
